The Risk and Compliance department requires an intern to support and assist the current Occupational Health and Safety Team with day-to-day activities. The ideal candidates must have a passion for people and delivering awesome service in a deadline orientated environment. This program gives graduates workplace experience or an opportunity to practice the work skills that they have studied and will practice in order to assist them in the future in their chosen occupations. This is a learning opportunity for a graduate that has a passion for Occupational Health and Safety and would like to gain experience in order to pursue a career in this field.

Responsibilities

• Load learners on INSETA System
• Scan and save new learners certified id documents & matric certificates on the proxy and make sure everyone submits and follow up with those with outstanding
• Ensure that all learner details on the results spreadsheet are accurate and as per the learner's id book
• Have a great understanding of using Microsoft Office
• Strong Excel knowledge will be beneficial
• Help with Preparation of verification for Skills Programme & Full Qualification Have a good relationship with trainers, assessors and moderators and service providers
• Prepare monthly FAIS admin report Keep F&P or competency register up to date

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent
• Occupational Health and Safety Diploma/Qualifications
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• No work experience required
